Last night I started Uranus observation, including first tests with a new CCD.
The seeing was reasonable with very good moments. Here are some first images
with the 250mm Newton and a 5x powermate(f/24) without IR filter and an
ATK-2C 24bits color CCDcamera.Composite of 11 exposures of 0,5 sec.
Obvious is a color difference of the polar regions bordered with a clear bright
zone, which is best visible on the B&W image.

Same date, instruments and method only now more images combinated
(30 exposures of 0,5 sec this time) and in black&white to show only
grey tones.

I processed the Aug.12 AVI of Uranus again, as the seeing during that moment was exeptionally
good, now this composite of all the 30 exposures reveals clearly the albedo structures I mentioned
about.
There seems to be clearly a dark feature (may the north cap) with a bright zone bordered in contrast with
the obvious dark rest part of the Uranus disk.
