Christopher Go (355mm SC)
The bright hood is prominent. The moons Ariel and Umbriel are visible.

the seeing was poor so I decided to make an image without a barlow in the visual band with a UV-IR filter.
It is interesting that also in the visual band the pole brightening is visible in the sharpened image.

Stanislas Maksymowicz (180mm Cassegrain)
Here is the Uranus report of 15th nov. still with the 180mm Cassegrain.
General pattern is changing since say 2 weeks.
See the pole pattern with its bright pole surrounded by a darker collar.
Still the same brightenings at the band near EZ (CM 96°).
The opposite pole area becomes clearer, now significantly.
Dark albedo on temperate band near the brightenings also remain.
This means there are albedo variations on the banding pattern over the
visual channels the R the stronger.
Last opposition a cycle of 2 months and little more was suspected and more
for reminding.
To-day the pole is the more conspiscious feature.
