Transparency was poor since these images were taken through thickening cloud cover.
Rain and thunderstorms at present. No image tonight.

Both normal and 'enhanced processing' versions shown for each channel. Quite impressive cloud patterns in B/UV,not much to see in G/IR.

The evening of May 30,2023 at 23:30 UT,I imaged Venus with a ten-inch MEADE at both prime focus f/10 and with a 2X barlow lens at f/20 in UV light.
I believe the UV details show both images identically. Despite of a smaller disk, the prime focus image doesn't record more UV details than with the barlow. The Barlow lens may show a slightly more resolution, but the contrast is just about the same as in prime focus image.
I will try another night again.
