Here is a venus report using the 80mm refractor under a relatively transparent sky.
AL was there but after a few days the intensity is fading substantially.
This is fainter than this is drawn.
This is the first time that the violet color was noted using the 121x magnification(exit eye pupil 0.66mm).
Using 54x this color is occulted by the light intensity.
Not a matter of a refractor effect,using other designs this was noted with cassegrains systems.
The extension of the AL was not full disk all filters and conditions,may be due to the sky transparency at the moment.
The AL intensity using the 80A filter is considerably confidential.
