Here is an observation from January 20th 2004. A fairly high contrast storm
is visible. I suspect that this is a new storm as it has not appeared on
recent images taken at this longitude. The sky was clear, transparency was
very good 8/10, and seeing was good, 7/10 early but deteriorating through
the imaging session. No wind and heavy dew. The temperature was cool in mid
40s F.
