解説（安達）
　南極地方が、明るい極雲に覆われている様子が記録されました。今シーズン
最初の南極雲の画像です。ターミネーターの夕霧の再現具合から見て、この様
子は、池村さん自身が指摘されておられるように、極冠を直接見た物ではあり
ません。この南極雲が晴れた時、大きく成長した極冠が見えるはずで、いつに
なったら見えるか、観測を続けなければなりません。キンメリウム(Mare
Cimmerium;220W,-20)の南方が非常に見えにくくなっていますが、この部分は、
もともと淡い部分であるため、この画像では写らなかった可能性が高いです。
北極地方には目立った雲は見られません。(reported by 1 observer)

The antarctic is covered with a bright polar cloud. It is the first
this season image of the South Pole cloud. Reproduction condition of
the evening mist on the lack side is neither judged this appearance
is not nor an appearance to have seen SPC directly. (Ikemura is pointed
out. )。When this SPcloud clears up, SPC that grows up greatly is sure
to be seen. SPC should keep being seen when it comes when, and being
observed. The south of Mare Cimmerium (220W,-20) is not very seen
easily. Because this part is a light originally part, the possibility
of not reflecting is high in this image. A remarkable cloud is not seen
in an Arctic area. (reported by 1 observer)

シミュレーションでは中央やや左にオリンピア山がある位置です。
右端の暗い部分はキンメリアです。
画像では、キンメリアのあたりに砂嵐、?　朝霧かもしれない。
南極付近は青紫がかって写っており、雲か靄(もや)に覆われて
いるようです。白い南極冠は直接見えてはいません。
