解説（安達）
　畑中氏からIRの画像が報告された。アルギレ(Argyre;35W,-50)付近の情報を得
たかったが、気流が悪く残念ながらはっきりしない。ダストベールの様子はまだ
正確にはつかめない。一方、エリダニア(Eridania;215W,-45)が赤っぽく目立っ
ている様子が記録された。この部分はIRやRで明るく写る。Damian Peachの画像
は白雲の様子がよく分かる。エリシウム(Elysium;215W,+25)付近は比較的広い範
囲に淡い白雲が見えているようだ。(reported by 5 observers)

 The image of IR was reported from Hatanaka. To our regret, the seeing
is not badly clear though I wanted to obtain information in the vicinity
of Argyre (35W,-50). The appearance of the dust veil cannot be gripped
still accurately. On the other hand, the appearance where Eridania
(215W,-45) was remarkable red was recorded. This part reflects brightly
by IR and R. As for the image of Damian Peach, the appearance of white
clouds is understood well. The vicinity of Elysium (215W,+25) seems to
 see light white clouds in the large range comparatively.

Attached is an animation the difference of images I took between 03:15 UTC(fair seeing)
and 03:55 UTC(fair-good)(10 inch Newton & ATK-1HS IRGB 0.1´´/p).

Reasonable seeing this morning.
There seems to be a faint detached brighter patch near to the position of Novus Mons on
the limb. Perhaps it has already become detached from the SPC?...
