解説（安達）
南極冠の周囲は白っぽく観測されている。また、南半球の明け方の端では
霧が見える。北では、プロポンティス(Propontis 1 ;180W,+45)の暗斑が北の
白雲に覆われている様子が分かる。(reported by 6 observers)
Surroundings of the South Poler Cap are observed like white. Moreover,
the fog is seen in the edge of the southern hemisphere at the dawn.
In the north, the appearance from which dark spot of Propontis 1
(180W,+45) is covered with white clouds in the north is understood.
