解説（安達）
　北極付近に白雲が見られます。今年はシルチス(Syrtis major:290W,+10)が
やや東西に拡がった姿に観測されています。P.Clay Sherrodの画像ではアキダ
リウム(Mare Acidarium;30W,+50)の中央付近に白い斑点が見られます。この段
階では、雲かダストかの区別はできません。(reported by 4 observers)

White clouds are seen in the vicinity of the North Pole. It is observed
to the appearance that Syrtis major (290W,+10) extends a little from
east to west this year. A white macula is seen in the vicinity of the
center of Mare Acidarium (30W,+50) in the image of P.Clay Sherrod.
 Whether it is a cloud or dust cannot be distinguished at this stage.

台風が、近海にあるため風が非常に強い。
今年前半は雨が多く、７月から晴れ間が多いです
でも、シーイングが悪いです。

コメント：昨日の観測では確認できなかったオリンポス山は、
          見えないので正解でした。本日は、黒い点として
          オリンポス山が見えました。
          シレーンの南部が明るいように見えます。
          南極冠がほんとうに小さくなってしまいました。
