(Nix
(reported by 7 observers)

The South Poler Cap has completely regained white. The mountain of Nix
Olympica (125W,+20) and Tharsis (95W,+10) is seen as a dark spot.
Solis Lacus (90W,-25) is seen a dark large spot in Japan today. In the
image of D.C.Parker,the appearance where there are white clouds in
Hellas (290W,-50) is understood well. Moreover, the evening mist is
seen on the lack side on the east side of Syrtis major (295W,+10).
This place always looks white at this time. (reported by 7 observers)

Martin Mobberley (245mm Newton: ATK-1HS camera)
The fourth consecutive clear dawn in Suffolk produced the best
result yet re. Mars. A very rare event here: stable air but no dawn
cloud....Good views visually too, despite the small 12.6" disc.

Seeing was mainly good, with occasional deterioration to 'fair'.
Managed to coax about 6.7 x out of the 5x Powermate by
projection across an extra 30mm,bringing the final f-ratio to 42.

Orion Optics 245mm f/6.3 Newt + 5x Powermate = f/42.
ATiK 1HS + Red & Blue filters. Seeing mainly good.
Transparency fair (misty). Temp + 12 C.

Processed in Registax 3/Maxim DL/PSPro 8.

Mosting interesting is the B image. A bright Hellas, with a weak haze over Libya. The haze remains surrounding the SPC. A small but well seen cloud in the vicinity of Elysium is present, though as to wether it is orographic in nature over Elysium Mons i cant say. The NPH has also become more prominent, even compared to the previous day.
14" (35cm) Celestron SCT @ f/39.5.
Lumenera LU075M CCD camera.

Seeing good-excellent (Pickering 7-9.) Deteriorated later.
Transparency excellent (6.0mag)
No wind. Heavy dew.

Alt=45-48 degs.

Christophe Pellier (C14 ; Lumenera)
Hi all, here are my first images taken with the Lumenera. A problem I has are permanent moving lines on the images and I'm looking for a solution as it doesn't look normal... Their presence is clearly seen on the second serie.
