(reported by 5 observers)

The summer solstice passed, and the southern hemisphere in Mars became
a real thing in summer. It came to see white clouds in edge and an
Arctic district of the dawn in the southern hemisphere clearly. The
northern hemisphere is very clear of dark pattern of Aethria (240W,+40)
this time. However, there are a lot of being covered with white clouds,
and it is not easy to capture it with the naked eyes. As for the image
of Damian Peach, the detail is understood very well. Moreover, the
appearance from which spot of the northern hemisphere is covered with
the fog is understood well. (reported by 5 observers)

Result of the observing session from Aug 23.
The remarkable difference in blue and IR images of the Propontis Complex seems to be caused by a yellow spot
which is easy visible on the IRGB image. It is arrowed.

Attached are 2 observations from Aug 23 observing session taken in near infrared 670-1000nm and blue light.
The difference in details is shown in this 2-frame animation.
We see the region of Mare Sirenum with Electris,Eridania and Ausania and Mare Chronium
Olympus Mons is exactly at the terminator and just not visible.Note the difference in Propontis Complex
between IR and blue image,as well as the difference in the SPC shape and size.

Seeing was poor-fair.
Some interesting detail present in all filters. Red reveals Trivium-Cerberus as its now well known two dots
appearance (also seen on the last presenation of this area in July.) Its, along with the dusky marking of
Styx-Phlegra along with the dark Hyblaeus extension surround the entire Elysium area and looks like a light
circular patch. The SPC can hardly be seen at all in Red at these longtitudes.

In Blue a morning limb haze from the souther polar haze right down to a bright NPH. It is brightest across
Eridania and Ausonia across Mare Cimmerium.

Also note the condensations in the Valhalla marking, especially in B and G.
