解説(安達)
ヘラス(Hellas:290W,-50)は肉眼でも明るく見える。画像からは霧が出てい
るようなイメージがある。北半球ではアキダリウム(Mare Acidarium;30W,+45)
付近は白雲が非常によく目立っている。この様子はEinaga氏の画像ではっきり
ととらえられた。(reported by 5 observers)
Hellas (290W,-50) looks bright with the naked eyes. There is an image
from which the fog has occurred from the image. White clouds are
remarkable very well in the northern hemisphere in the vicinity of Mare
Acidarium. This appearance was clearly caught by Mr. Einaga's image.

Result of my Aug 24 observing session; very foggy air, with some clouds, seeing fair with good moments.
Remarkable was that the blue light image appeared more stable, not as usually the IR image.
Olympus Mons, just into view,is the most interesting detail of the image, but also a very thin dark polar collar
around the SPC.
10 inch Newton & ATK-1HS camera IRGB and blue images taken at 0.13-0.12´´/p
I had to decrease the focal length this time due to the poor transparance of the fog.

These are a bit late, but the images are not as good either. Seeing was quite poor so resolution not as good.
Sky clock is currently calling for perfect seeing on Friday morning. We will see.
Best Wishes
Damian

poor seeing.
The B image is most interesting, with a delicate "V " shaped band of haze across Arcadia/Amazonis and the Propontis complex. A MLH is present from Trivium-Cerberus upto the southern polar haze. The NPH is prominent. Also again note the dark condensation in the Valhalla marking.
