解説（安達）
 日本から見た火星面はコントラストが低く、クリアーな火星面は見えなくな
っている。ヘラスの北側あたりは黄色く見えており、ダスティーな様子が伺い
知れる。SPCは見えてはいるが、黄色くはっきりした姿は見えない。森田氏の
画像ではオキシア(Oxia palus;18W,+13)がマルガリティファー(Sinus
Margaritifer;20W,-10)から離れているように記録している。肉眼ではかすか
に間がつながっていた。画像によって写り方に違いがあるようだ。NPHは白く
明るいが、アキダリウム(Mare Acidarium;30W+50)は黄色く見えている。ダス
トが覆っている様子が分かる。Richard Bosmanは鮮明な画像を報告してきた。
この画像は細部まで良く分かる。（reported by 16 observers)

The Martian surface where the contrast which is low,and clear has
disappeared to the Martian surface seen from Japan. The vicinity of
the north side of Hellas (290W,-50) looks yellow,and is dusty. Yellow
clear appearance is not seen though there is SPC when it is seen. It
is recorded that Oxia palus (18W,+13) is away from Sinus Margaritifer
(20W,-10) in the image of Morita. It faintly connected with the visual
observation. There seems to be a difference in how to reflect by the
image. Mare Acidarium (30W,+50) looks yellow though NPH is white and
bright. The appearance covered with dust is understood. Richard Bosman
has reported on a clear image. As for this image,even the detail is

I saw the cloud of the North Pole shine bluish. The night of Nov 05,allowed a session in fair seeing finally after more then 3 weeks poor-very poor seeing without even any sharp moment.
Seeing was still not good,but acceptable last night.
Olympus Mons is both in red and blue light a bright dot,easily seen during live capturing on the screen.
There is no sign of any SPC from this side of the planet.

10 inch Newtonian & ATK-1HS f/35 IRGB)


I have to correct something.I just finished this L-RGB version and it seems there is a very very small sign of an SPC visible.

Further,the ringing effect is strange,seems to be no sharpening artefact as it appeared already with absolutely very minimal shapening on the disk.

MessageIt even is visible as a bulge at the terminator-limb,as seen on this image set of me,taken on Nov 5.(even in poor seeing)
Note,it's not a bulge of the limb,but it is in front of a very thin terminator,especially well seen in the negative image.

Hi Cristophe,nice to hear and see your images with a fair seeing.
All images from this day(2005/11/5) have the same clouds over Olympus.
So Damian images too and my images have the same clouds.
The seeing here in Holland was not the best,poor seeing. High clouds and windy,so it was difficult to get a decent RGB image.
