久しぶりの土星撮像でカラーバランスの調整を忘れてしまっているので発色が思うようにいかない。南極冠とその周辺部の境目（A）は前のシーズン同様明るい縁取りがある。
南極（SPC）とその周辺部の色調の差は少なくなってきていて、南極冠の赤みは他の人の画像も見させてもらうかぎり、赤みがなくなってきて茶色っぽくなってきているように感じる。特に11月12日の風本氏のIR830のモノクロ画像の南極冠とその周辺の階調の差は興味深く、カラーではあまり差が認められないにも関わらず、南極冠のみが濃く描出されているのには何故だろうかと考えてしまった。流石、30㎝の口径では土星でもフィルターワークが出来るのですね。
