解説（安達）
畑中氏の画像では、夕霧が見えている。この傾向は、ここしばらく継続
している。南極地方も北極地方も両方とも白っぽく観測されている。Damian
Peachの画像でも同じ様子が記録されている。ただ、北極は北極冠と思われ
る白い像が記録されている。しかし、南極冠だと、断定はできない。それは
青画像で広がりが見られるためだ。Parkerはアキダリウム(Mare Acidarium;
30W+50)の白雲を明瞭に記録した。

In the image of Hatanaka,the evening mist is seen. This tendency
continues for some time to come. Both the antarctic and an Arctic
area are observed like white. The same appearance is recorded as for
the image of Damian Peach. However,the white image that seems that
NPC it is recorded as for the North Pole. However,it cannot be
concluded that it is the South Pole Cap. It is because the extension
is seen in a blue image. Parker plainly recorded white clouds of
Mare Acidarium (30W,+50). （reported by 3 observers)

Here are some images from Feb 10th. Good seeing. The SPH is becoming increasingly thick it seems and is very prominent in Blue light. Also clouds over Ausonia,Libya and Hellas.
