Here are observations of the STrZ-spot area on March 19 in poor seeing, exactly my 10th
observation of the spot, from these 10 sessions
Jan 29---March 19,most of them were done in poor conditions, with 1 session (Febr 2) in fair-good seeing and 2 sessions
(Febr 26 and March 15) in fair seeing.

We see again a clear sign of separation, with an interesting dark rift between the 2 spots, already visible in the RGB image, and
obvious in the HC images.

The animation shows the rotation of the spot together with the moons Dione,Tethys and Rhea,in 22 minutes time difference.

Here is a slight improvement for the very poor seeing on the 19th.I combinated 2 avi's for this one.
Considering the circumstances,I'm very satisfied with this result.

Here is a more completed animation showing the rotation of the STrZ-spot together with the moons Enceladus,Dione,Tethys an Rhea
in almost 1 hour time difference.(20:49--21:42 UTC)

Here are some images from last night. Fair to good seeing. Both the STrZ spots and the southern polar spot were both captured (see the short animations attached.) The southern polar spot has now been present for almost 4 months. I wonder if Cassini has captured it yet?.

This image was taken on 2006/03/19 between 20:48 and 21:05 UT.
It is the result of the processing of two AVI's of 2500 frames each.
Processing was done with Registax3.

Telescope : 150mm SkyWatcher refractor at F/24
Webcam : ToUcam PRO 740 in Raw Color mode
Seeing 9/10 Trans 7/10
