Here is an overview of all observations of dark South Equatorial Belt spots 
varying from moderate but weak disturbances to small condensations,which were all
visible in animations showing clear movement with the rotation.

A note:
Although it was already earlier a fact that most dark spots appear within the SEB,
it becomes more clear that the main place for the emerging of these spot-appearances 
is actually the Southern edge of the SEB,the SEBs,bordered to the northern edge of
the STrZ.
