-We see the SEB in the red light with a few minutes difference (R 610nm)
-One of the current SEB-zone spots and some connected structure visible
as dark and white spots.
-Very interesting is a wavy appearance of the SEB-south edge which seems
to disturb the SEB on the boxed side in the image and goes to the north SEB
as it seems. This is visible in both images with 6 min difference.
A possibility is that this is the remnant of the moderate SEB-disturbance registered
on Nov 7,2006 also in the red light. Also this is suspected, due to a comparable
white spot which was also in same position visible at P from this disturbance on Nov 7.
A word about the weather:
___________________________
No season of planetary observations at this location has been so bad as the current one
due to constant upcomming clouds, even in the high pressure region cirumstances.I had to
wait about 5-6 weeks to this observations from the previous one in the meantime. And even
now, these results were taken in a hole in the clouds of only half an hour or so,and with
very fast emerging mist clouds in the clear periods, making the available observation-time
very short.
I have inspected the images closer now,and yes,I indeed think the white SEBz
spot and the disturbance is the same as on the Nov 7 images.Attached is a comparison of the
Nov 7 observation, showing the SEB disturbance together with the white spot(left)
and the latest observation from February 4,2007.
Here is an overview of observations of one of the bright SEBz spots
taken on February 4,2007.
-Seeing: fair-good./poor transparance: mist/haze/partially clouded.
I also track a possible white oval feature in the STeZ which seems to
move with the roation also, but is very weak, see arrow in the
animation.
Tracked is a probable small dark spot in the South Temperate Belt
visible as an object moving with rotation in images taken on February 4,2007.
Red light R 610nm.
Note in the wider-field animation also the possible small white oval just P. from
the CM,also in the STeB,which looks to move with rotation too.

CM3=8.5 CM3= 11.8
I have updated the website above with the last observations of spots and other structures
found in red light images in the past months.
The most interesting features captured in February;
-white SEB spot, with clear position at the southern edge
of the SEB-zone.
-very interesting but weak disturbance f. the white spot, possibly
the remnant of the moderate disturbance found in Nov 7 images.
(We clearly see were the SEBs touches the SEBn,and the actual
course is:
further:
-small dark spot in STeB and possible white oval also in
STeB.(Febr 4)
-weak but well defined dark structures within the EZ
(Febr 20)

Hi,here some Saturn images taken in fair seeing 5/10 but poor transparency.
The over processed gif file shows some surface structures.
Hi,another Saturn image from Feb 04 but this time 2 full rotations later.
The seeing was much worse but the transparency was much better and can be
confirmed the white SEBZ spot seen in my previous image.
