A better view this a.m. with Saturn rather higher and in a darker sky than on the 8th; fine seeing and transparency giving a crisper view.
I believe some are calling the dark broad belt in the N. Hem the NEB. But I rather feel it to be too far north. Looking at this and the SEB we would have an exceedingly wide EZ. Possibly it may be a combination of a NEB(N) very dusky NTrZ and a NTB or NTr Band?? What strikes me with this feature is its woolly or amorphous/mottled aspect. Two quite extensive dusky areas were apparent on it; with the f. end of the p. one timed on the CM at 06h.17m. UT (L3=58 deg.).
Nothing for Uranus this p.m. - raining!
