David Arditti (356mm SC)
Here is an image taken in the IR in almost daylight.

If there was an impact at L2=343,16 deg S I would expect a sign to be visible
here,but I don't see anything suspicious.

Jean Jacques Poupeau (350mm Cassegrain)
The transparency was fair. The seeing was poor.
The IR image was taken after the sunrise. There are not enough details to see the impact taken by Wesley tonight.

Fattinnanzi Cristian (360mm Newtonian)
I enclose two pictures taken this morning.
The bad weather did not allow to obtain very fine details, and I do not
manage to show signs of the impact taken by Wesley tonight.
Hopefully in the coming days you can show something better!

Regards to all!

Cristian

TRADUZIONE:

Cordiali saluti a tutti!

John Sussenbach(280mm SC)
I stopped a bit too early. At 3.03 UT
the Eastern limb was at L2 353 deg. Whereas the impact site is at 343 deg
close to that limb. Nothing particular can be detected, but the vision angle
is of course rather unfavourable.

Christopher Go (Celestron C11)
Seeing was excellent this evening.
The GRS and Oval BA are prominent in these images. Oval BA's ring is very visibile. The white spot following BA has been pushed south. There seems to be a reddish feature north of this white spot. The STB remnant following BA is very prominent.
The GRS looks very lonely at the SEB. The bluish feature of the EZ seems to have pushed into the SEB.
The NEB is very busy and dark. Note the outbreak. The NNTZ LRS can be seen rising on the upper left. The GRS,Oval BA and the NNTZ LRS are all bright in Methane band and dark in UV.

With the DMK and ICX618 ALA chip, dayworking on Jupiter has become
easy. Here images with the Sun 30degree above the horizon.
In the 06h42m UT image the place of the Wesley II impact lies at the left
terminator. No scar to be seen,it seems.
