Tonight the SED storm on Saturn was well placed for imaging, and we were blessed with more steady seeing. Here is a link to a colour image taken at around 9.21pm local time showing the SED storm in reasonable detail. I've included the separate colour channels as well so you can see how different it appears in each one.
The core of the storm appears to be in two distinct pieces in the green image, but this may also be a single storm with a complex shape, it's not possible to know for sure.
There is also material preceding and following the storm.
I have several more data sets to process, including IR.

Here's the latest image that shows Enceladus, it's just about to pass out of the ring shadow and be lost against the brighter cloud tops. Note that there is some colour mis-registration because it moves very fast, but it is still quite visible, especially the green component.
The SED storm is also still visible in this image, slowly rotating toward the eastern limb.
