Ian Sharp (280mm SC)
Better seeing this morning. A very pleasant Jupiter imaging session in the bright moonlight.
Here is my best RGB of the session. The transiting shadow is from Europa.

We had some reasonable seeing with image definition holing up for reasonably long periods of time. The STB seemed to be rather fragmented and a white oval was present close to the CM in the STZ. The SEB again a chaotic region- I had the impression of darker diagonal sections alternating across the width of the belt. EZ contained a bluish festoons. NEB contained some interesting features- it's northern edge was rather irregular and there were a number of darker brown spots present in the northern part of the belt. There seemed to be a bright oval region directly under the NEB just after the CM on the proc. side. NTB,NNTB AND NNTB all seen and each of these belts contained darker sections. Some mottlings in the NPR.
Shadow of Europa is present in the STropZ,while Europa is fairly close to the disk and will transit later in the day. Alas bu 0400UT I was knackered and in any case, the dawn was rapidly approaching. A night where Spode decided to sleep for once.

Simon Kidd (355mm Celestron SCT)
the seeing was fairly poor until 0430 (BST),when
there was a quite significant (but gradual) improvement.
A lovely sunrise followed.
Hopefully no strange looking artefacts on this image...previous ones may
well have, due indirectly to monitor problems (now resolved I hope!)

Damian Peach (356mm Celestron SCT)
Fair seeing and good transparency for this session. Not really much going
on across this hemisphere of the Planet. The NNTZ LRS is nicely visible
though and as with Oval BA it is no longer red in colour.

漫然と起きて撮影を開始したら、大赤斑が見えなくなる直前でした。残念・・・
シーイングは良好。ただし、早い気流の流れが確認でき、月面撮影はクレータがブレまくりました。

This was a wonderfully atmospheric night with sounds and smells of harvesting in the surrounding fields. The farmers,no doubt, working throught the night to get the crops in before the following day's forecast rain arrived - and it did!! Great observing conditions also!
