Ian Sharp (280mm SC)
A lovely clear night and morning. Jupiter was a very stable 'ball',with reasonably fine detail on show.

[Ian Sharp: West Sussex,United Kingdom]
Pete Lawrence(355mm SC)
Lovely conditions with a really stable disc on screen.

under good seeing. The PLA-Mx performed very well, and outpassed the Skynyx even in blue light despite the high sampling.

Paul G. Abel(203mm reflector)
All observations made with Patrick Moore's 15 inch reflector. Attached is a map of the planet made showing CM2: 100 to 220. Also attached are two strip drawings,(i) of the GRS and surrounding regions and (ii) of the d. barge in NEBn at around L2: 130. Main points of interest on the night were as follows:

-The SSTB seems to be easier to observe and has a more consistent structure than the STB
-Ovals in STZ/SSTZ seem harder to observe this apparition
-Dark border around the GRS,and a very bright region in SEB just under it (not RSH)
-SEB rather broad now and contains multiple light and dark regions,a lot of chaos and turbulence strongly suspected, some bright regions to be found in the belt
-Three very prominent barges observed- slight burgundy tint to them?
-NTB and NNTB in general very faint and hard to see, though some dark sections can still be found between CM2: 100 -220
-Interesting structures now evident in the NPR which seem easier to see this apparition.

Intensity estimate set taken and numerous transit times made. By 0230UT,seeing was dropped off and remained very poor, there seemed to be little point in continuing.

Damian Peach (356mm Celestron SCT)
Very good seeing and transparency. Terrible dew however that was a real headache at times. Spent a while observing visually as visual observer Paul Abel was visiting and made a sketch of the Planet through my scope before imaging began.
The dark NEBn barge is certainly remarkable. Some nice folded filamentary regions in the STB.

[Damian Peach: Loudwater,Buckinghamshire,United Kingdom]
Bruce Kingsley(354mm SCT)
This one from Sep 23rd under very good seeing if somewhat hazy conditions
at my location.
My best so far this apparition and easily the best visually, with great
details to be seen through bino-viewers.
The long "barge" or sausage shaped storm in the NEB was well placed as was
the GRS.
