This was only a brief observation as it was rather windy and Spode produced frequent patchy clouds. Never the less,I was able to pick out some lovely subtle pastel colours on the disk. I am of the opinion that both components of the SEB may be visible in the moments of good seeing but I'm sure about this; certainly the STB is visible. The EB was also on show and the NEB was as usual a double feature. It seemed as though there were some darker sections present within the NEB(n). NTB was quite thick in places and the NTropZ seemed darker. NPC also observed. A-Ring a light brownish colour,B1-Ring probably white and B2-Ring a light yellow-grey colour. C_Ring harder to see tonight, but glimpsed at ansae centre. Terby white spot also present.
No intensities taken or filter work done tonight.
