Please find attached a Saturn observation I made last night. This is my first observation of the planet in the 2012-13 apparition, the weather has been that bad until yesterday! There were a number of interesting features, these are as follows:

-EB seems to be present in the EZ
-NEB broad and contains two component belts, separated by a brownish coloured zone. The NEB seemed to be the darkest of the two belts.
-The NEBz seemed to contain some subtlestructures which looked like lighter and darker regions. Darker sections in both belts could also be seen
-NTB a little easier to see this time
-A greenish hugh present in both the NTropZ and the NTZ.
-NPC very dark. It did appear completely round and at no times was any angularity suspected.
-Slight brownish cast to the outer half of the A-Ring?
-B1-Ring seemed to be more yellowish than white.
-C-Ring visible but easier in the ansae centre either side of the planet. C-Ring brighter on the fol. side?

Intensities were made in IL and in filters. Interestingly, the A-Ring appeared to much darker in a red W#25A. The whole image was much more stable in a W#25A.
