薄雲があったが、seeingは、安定しており像の揺れも少なかった。
今シーズン一番か？ 雲が切れるとseeingは、少し悪化した。

I had to test my ICX618 camera to see how it worked with the newly collimated C14. The image now is much better! There are less artifacts on the image.
There are white spots on the NNTZ. The NEB is dark and well defined. The north polar hexagon is distinct.

Please find attached a drawing of Saturn made on 25th May,2013. Seeing was very poor. Never the less,
I attmepted some filter and some intensity estimates. Main features of note were:
GLOBE
*More of the southern hemisphere now visible
*NEB(s) continues to present a subtle 'knotted structure' form. NEB(n) not as well defined- seeing conditions?
*NTB a little harder to see than usual
*NPR dark,bluish colour present/
RINGS:
*A-Ring dark,a brownish-grey in colour. It does seem that A-Ring has darkened a little over the apparition
*B1-Ring bright,white in colour
*B2-Ring only occasionally suspected
*C-Ring present at ansae edges
*Terby White spot observed
