Imaged Saturn last night, had not captured the long lived dark oval since July 22nd but caught it last night. I am told that even in the Cassini data the dark oval is getting smaller and less prominent so was pleased to get this data which will add another data point to my spreadsheet & drift chart.
The dark oval is mid way between the CM & Following limb in my R channel data and can be detected in RGB (just).
