大田 聡氏の画像ではSolis lacusのすぐ南側にstreak状の雲がとらえられている。
南極フードの周囲には、こういった東西に伸びる雲がしばしば観測される。Solis lacus
付近はよく晴れていて、淡い雲が見られない。
Mare SirenumからSolis Lacus付近の南側には雪雲の端だと思われる東西に
伸びた明るいバンドが記録されている。Tempeには明瞭が白雲がたなびいている。
A streak-formed cloud is caught with the image of Mr. Satoshi
Ota by the immediate south side of Solis lacus. Around SP hood, a
cloud extending to such an east and west is often observed. The
neighborhood of Solis lacus clears well, and a light cloud is not seen.
The bright band which lengthened to the east and west considered
to be a relationship of the snow cloud in the south side of the
neighborhood of Solis Lacus is recorded by Mare Sirenum. White
cloud hangs over Tempe distinctness.

天気が良い方に外れたので撮影できたけど、北西からの風が強く、
シーイングは良くなかった。
モノクロカメラでのLRGB撮影はそれほど辛くはないけど、画像処理に時間がかかり面倒です。

低空のせいかシーイングはフニャフニャです。
眼視では赤道付近の夕方が白く感じましたが、画像ではあまり目立ちません。

Hi all,here's a Mars image from this morning in reasonable seeing. Olympus Mons is prominent at centre with the surrounding edges of the shield quite visible. No cloud is visible today over it's slopes. The three Tharsis volcanoes to it's right can be seen with a small amount of orographic cloud on their slopes. More cloud is seen around the limb,especially the setting limb at right and over the south polar hood at bottom. The north polar remnant is faintly visible at top left.

ASI224MCによる初画像です。惑星用カメラとして、低ノイズ・感度・転送速度ともにカラー一発撮りには良いカメラだと思います。
モノクロカメラも欲しくなってきました。
新しいカメラと久しぶりの撮像とで、テスト撮像も兼ねての撮像です。処理しながら、このところの急速な技術的進歩に置いてきぼりだと感じます。
休んでいてはダメですね。
久しぶりの火星面、撮像中の像が反転して見えているので、最初ソラリス付近の雲がアキダリアにかかる雲かと一瞬思いました。

４５ｃｍ屈折を使っての観測をした。600倍でもまぶしくて、大陸の上の
淡い模様は非常に見えにくい。ＮＤ２くらいのフィルターがほしい。目を凝らし
ての観測で、かなり厳しい。色収差のため反射望遠鏡の像と違って白色雲が
あまり白く見えない。雲の位置の確認にかなりの時間がかかる。気流が安定
せず、揺らめきの大きな像での観測となった。
