Anthony Wesley氏の画像を見ると、Solis Lacusの南側の雲の中に見える白い
ベルトは非常に細く、波打っている様子が記録されている。画像にはきわめて小さな、
局部的な雲が散見される。Argyre盆地の位置には盆地の内側に沿って白雲のできて
いる様子が記録された。
I see a white belt in a cloud of the south side of Solis Lacus when I
look at the image of Mr. Anthony Wesley. This white belt is very thin,
and the figure which beat against the wave is recorded. An extremely
small partial cloud is seen in an image. A state to have of the white
cloud was recorded along the inside of the basin at the position of
the Argyre basin.

some excellent stable seeing this morning,here is an image of Mars showing Olympus Mons rising at left with the Tharsis volcanoes prominent to it's right. They are all cloud free in this image. The north polar remnant is visible at top left,and the south polar hood at bottom right with lots of cloud and what appears to be lines of ground frost or fog. The long horizontal fracture of Valles Marineris can be see at right of centre. There are some scattered clouds across the disk.
This image is a single RGB composite,90s per channel using a PGR GS3-U3-32S4M camera

The seeing was average this night...these are the 2nd lot of images from the
new ZWO290MM camera.
The images show the capture scale & 150% scaling...also included is a set of
the r,g & b channels from one of the rgb images on this night.
Here is an image of Mars,Phobos & Deimos from 17th May 2016.
The seeing was not terribly good but we were impressed by how easily the 2
moons of Mars stood out in the onscreen view...this is a single red channel
capture & stack...each object being revealed in the same stack without
resorting to "compositing" images in...raising the levels allowed both
Phobos & Deimos to be readily seen - their elongation probably helping
considerably here...
Of greater interest to us was that after selecting the 2 moons & raising
their levels so that they can be seen easily in this stack...we then
"inverted" the selection to lower the exposure on Mars itself...
To our surprise somewhat,by lowering the exposure on Mars we could easily
make out quite a lot of Mars' features,particularly the Acidalia/Nilokeras
regions in the North & the Sinus Meridiani/Mare Erythraeum/Solis Lacus areas
of the South...as well as the South Polar Hood.

Due to circumstances beyond my control I was only able to set up the Questar on this night. Still I was surprised at the identifiable detail that was captured by the little 3.5" aperture. I hope to do at least one more night before Mars gets too small.
