The run of clear night's seems to be continuing and I managed to get two more Jupiter drawings last night.  Initially seeing conditions were fair,however it became poorer later on.

Drawing 1:

STB seems to contain two well defined north and south components.
SEB very active- the GRS has not long passed off the prec. limb and there is a lot of turbulence following the GRS.
EZ active with a number of festoons and brighter regions observed.
NEB contains a number of dark sections and rifts,all of which are quite striking in moments of good seeing.
NTropZ yellowish,
NTB again a featureless orange band.  Immediately north is a thin greyish band- part of the NTB or the NNTB?


Drawing 2:

SEB still active- some similar turbulence to the features which follow the GRS are coming into view of the fol. side of the disk.
EZ doesn't seem quite as active at these longitudes (or is this due to the poorer seeing?)
NEB shows a number of rifts and interesting structures.


By 0114UT seeing had become rather poor- the digital clock in the observatory went forward at 0100 by an hour- a strange thing to see!

My coverage of Juno PJ5. This was the best window of opportunity for me from here,unfortunately still one rotation ahead of the flyby.

Forecast was for incoming cloud but I was fortunate to have clear skies and fairly decent seeing conditions.

I have annotated the RGB with some of the Juno mission selected POI’s,although I am not sure about the “Trevmation’s Dark spot” and also the “Double SEB”.
 No doubt there will be clarity when the Juno images come back.

Europa was just leaving its transit and was rather bright with some albedo feature visible. 
Europa on the RGB was a “quickfix” for aesthetic purposes only and may not be a 100% accurate reflection of position and colour.

Trust that Juno will have(is having?!) a successful PJ5 flyby



Due to concerns over incoming cloud,I did take a second,earlier,set of captures last night. 
Approx 40 mins before the previously sent set and still covering at least some of the Juno targets.
 Europa is in transit at upper right with its shadow. This moon is showing very bright in the IR. 
The NEB is incredibly disturbed in this region.
