今日は、火星面の全周近い情報を集めることができた。Mare Cimmeriumを中心とした地域では、相変わらずダストストームの
影響を受けていないことが分かる。一方、Meridianiを中心とした地域は広くダストストームに覆われていることが分かる。
太田氏はMarinerisの様子を記録しているが、地形図を合わせると、見事に谷の形と筋模様の形が一致している。谷になっているため、
光学的な厚さが影響しているのか、それとも谷にダストストームの砂が堆積したものかは、地上からでは判断できない。しかし、
Aurorae Sinusの南東部の谷の写り方を見ると、中央部が暗くなっているため、堆積物の影響ではないかと、安達は考えている。
ダストストームの主体は、太田氏の画像を見る限り、やはりChryseからXanthe付近にあるように見える。そのほかの日本の観測者は、
悪観測条件ながら、これらの様子を記録している。
Clyde foster・Agapios Elia氏はMare Sirenumのすぐ北側に明るいダストストームの発生をとらえた。ひときわ明るく目立って見える。
今後の変化に注目されるが、点状であることから大規模なダストストームにはならないように見える。
安達は眼視観測でMeridiani付近を観測した。シーイングが非常に悪かったせいもあるが模様らしい模様はもう見えなくなっていた。
また、ＳＰＣの周りのダークフリンジも見えなくなっていた。
Today,I could gather information on the entire circumference of Mars surface. In the area centered on Mare Cimmerium,you can see that
it has not been affected by the dust storm as usual. On the other hand,the area around Meridiani is widely covered with dust storm.
Mr. Clyde foster and Agapios Elia caught the occurrence of a bright dust storm just north of Mare Sirenum. It looks bright and conspicuous.
Although attention will be paid to future changes,it seems that it will not become a large-scale dust storm because it is dot-like.
Adachi observed near Meridiani by visual observation. Even though seeing was very bad it seemed like a pattern was no longer visible. Also
the dark fringe around the SPC was not visible.

一面がダストストームに覆われ、どこを見ているのかまったく分かりません。
低気圧通過後の強風が止まず、普段ならば撮影しない状況ですが、記録として撮影しました。
比較のため WinJUPOS のシミュレーション画像と並べておきます。

寒気が入ってシーイングは悪く、ぼやぼやです。南極冠は望遠鏡を覗いたときに、何とか見えていたので少しだけ安堵しました。

It is a pity that I remain with mediocre seeing conditions,but thankfully the skies remain clear,
and I continue to adjust my imaging time to monitor the dynamic changes on the western edge/front of the dust storm.
I note:
- The Main storm covers approximately the far left quarter of the planet,blanketing that region.
- Significant change over Solis Lacus where the multiple dust cells of yesterday have been replaced
with a dust tendrile extending from the main storm
- Vallis Marineris appears to still be bright with dust.
- Although the Tharsis plateau almost appears to be holding back the westward movement of the storm,
it does appear that the region near the NP may be experiencing dust
- There is a new,bright,concentrated outbreak in the Daedalia region

There is a very prominent bright spot in Daedalia Planum.
New dust storm outbreak?
The area over Vallis Marineris is also under a blanket of dust
with some interesting "tentacle" appearance.

気流が悪く、火星のディスクはメロメロだった。模様はほぼない！
極冠のみがよくわかる。ダークフリンジも見えないので、まるで金星のごとし。
