Solis Lacus付近に発生したダストストームは見事にSolis付近の高地で進行がブロックされ、線状に記録されている。Walter Martin氏は
この様子をよく記録している。Mare Sirenum付近のダストストームは拡散した。また、Syrtis Majorの先端にできたダストストームは少し
北に移動した。荒川氏の画像ではHellasとIsidis付近の低地に濃いダストストームが広がっている様子を記録している。眼視観測に非常に
近い写り方だ。
Mark Lonsdale氏や池村氏の画像を見ると南極冠は一部を除いてすっかりダストストームに入り込まれているのが分かる。熊森氏は南極冠に
しわを観測しているが、正体は分からない。
The dust storm that occurred near Solis Lacus is splendidly blocked at high altitude near Solis and recorded in a line shape. Walter Martin well records
this situation. The dust storm near Mare Sirenum spread. Also,the dust storm at the tip of Syrtis Major moved slightly north. In the image of
Mr. Arakawa,he records the appearance of a dense dust storm spreading on lowlands near Hellas and Isidis. It is very close to eye observation.
Looking at Mr. Mark Lonsdale and Mr. Ikemura's images,you can see that the SPC has completely entered the dust storm except for some.
Mr. Kumamori observes wrinkles on the SPC,but I do not know its identity.

シーイングも透明度共、余り良くなかった。
ダストストームに覆われた火星面、大シルチスが微かに見えている状態でした。

うす雲を通してですが、梅雨の期間としては貴重な晴れ間でした。
あちらこちらに濃淡のムラがありますが、表面模様が透けて見えているというよりは、ダストの薄いところが模様のように見えているようです。
地震による極軸等の狂いを心配しましたが、幸いにも大きな影響はなかったようです。

梅雨の晴れ間の火星でした、ｼｰｲﾝｸﾞ、透明度共あまり良くなかったです。
少しダストも治まってきたのでしょうか？うっすらと大シルチスが見えます。

Hi all,two images of Mars from this morning showing the progress of the dust storm in this hemisphere.
More of the surface is visible now,so we can hope this indicates a clearing phase of the storm.

Quite pleased to capture as much detail on Mars as this in IR at only 17〓 altitude.
It looks as though dust is licking round both the S and W sides of Solis Lacus.
Versions here for both those who prefer N at top or S.

天気予報よりも晴れるのが遅くなりましたが、シーイングもまずまずでした。

ヘラスや子午線湾など、まだダストがあるようで模様はハッキリしません。最初の駒は、まだ筒内気流があったのか気流のせいか写りが悪いです。

南極冠は東側がダストに覆われ、大シルティス平原と周辺の高地の部分が薄黒く見えているようです。

Under a degrading seeing at dusk,my first Mars since 2 years.
It's nice to see details on a terrestrial planet.
The 3 Tharsis montes are visible left,and Valles Marineris is in he South hemisphere left of the dark zone at meridian.
Its Est part seems to be covered by a dust storm,bright in infrared,
and very detailed,starting to spread south west in Solis Planum,and East towards Argyre Planita. North pole is whitish,
and in the South we can see structures in the polar cap.
Glad to get such images at only 24° elevation - it was also the end of a planetary night for me,
I'm processing Jupiter and Saturn from the beginning of the night.
