Syrtis付近の観測がたくさん集まった。Syrtis Majorの上は濃いダストストームがなく、形をつかむことができる。Hellasはシミュ
レーション画像と比べると大きさが大きくなっており、ダストストームの影響を大きく受けている。北西側に大きく広がり、輪郭がはっき
りしなくなっている。
濃いダストストームがHesperia付近にあって、大きな模様を隠している。また、Mare Cimmeriumの中央付近にも目立ったダスト
ストームが広がっている。
今日の熊森氏の画像ではSPCの姿が興味深い。画像ではSPCの中央付近が暗く写っている。暑さのため、中央付近の昇華が早まり、
禿げたように見えているのかもしれないが、筆者にはよく分からない。
Efrain Morales Rivera氏はMeridiani付近の観測をしているが、かすかに目るようになってきたようで、この付近のダストストームは
沈静化してきたようだ。
Many observations around Syrtis gathered. There is no dense dust storm on the top of Syrtis Major and you can grasp the shape.
Hellas is larger in size than the simulation image,and it is greatly influenced by the dust storm. It spreads widely to the northwest side,
and the outline is not clear.
There is a dense dust storm near Hesperia,hiding large patterns. There is also a noticeable dust storm near the center of
Mare Cimmerium.
The image of SPC is interesting in Mr. Kumamori's picture of today. In the image,the vicinity of the center of SPC is dark. Due to the heat,
sublimation near the center may be accelerated and may appear to be bald,but I am not sure.
Mr. Efrain Morales Rivera is observing near Meridiani,but it seems to have become faintly visible,and the dust storm near here has
seemed to have calmed down.

Here are some images of Syrtis Major/Hellas this morning. This region has ceased to be a source of dust outbreaks.
We are almost reaching the season where the dust convective process stopped in 2001 (around Ls 210)
but currently the other longitudes are still very active.
