Imaged Saturn Dec 5th in reasonable seeing for the low alt. This session commenced at Sunset with the sky still blue so for the initial data the gain was reduced to prevent saturating. The effect of this is seen with the animation where the gain was increased for the 2nd set of data. The polar hexagon and polar vortex are seen and the rotation of the hexagon vertices over 16 minutes of Saturn rotation is seen. Some detail is also resolved within the NPR which can be seen in the 742nm-Pass IR animation.
