Argyre (30W,-50 )付近のダストの様子を知りたかったが、正面付近でとらえた記録がなく、残念ながら様子は分からなかった。8月29日の
画像を参考に見ると、若干、広がりが進んでいるように見えるが、大きな変化は見られない。の27日のGary Walker氏が観測した
Argyre西縁のダストストームは石橋・佐々木・佐藤・熊森・橋野・柚木氏が記録している。この部分は、青画像で見ると白っぽく
なっており、水か二酸化炭素の雲がまじっているものと思われる。
Raimondo Sedrani氏はHellasの南方にダストの流れを記録している。極冠を取り巻くようにできているダストの一部である。今日は、
火星の全面がカバーできていないため、ダストの連続性はつかめない。8月27日に見つかったArgyre (30W,-50 )の西縁のダストも、記録は
なかった。Mare Sirenum (140W~170W,-30)南方にあったダストのバンドはかなり拡散して見えにくくなった。西岡氏の画像でその残痕が見える。
黒田氏の青画像ではArsia Silva Mons (W120,-3)に雲が2つあるが、山の頂上部が雲の上に顔を出した姿であろう。いずれにせよ、
白雲をいただいた山はArsia Monsだけである。
熊森氏は、ターミネーター付近の画像から、影を利用して立体構造の再現を試みた。谷が南北方向ではないため、わかりにくいが、
それでも谷の内部の西斜面が、太陽に照らされて明るくなっている様子を見事に記録していて、興味深い。
Mare Sirenum (140W~170W,-30)の西端に明るいstreakが見える。この部分を撮影した全員の画像に見られる。これは、ダストストーム
ではなく、地表の様子を記録したもので、特別なものではない。
I wanted to know the dust around Argyre (30W,-50),but unfortunately I couldn't understand it because there was no record
of the dust near the front. Looking at the image on August 29,it seems that the spread is progressing slightly,but there is no big change.
Ishigashi,Sasaki,Sato,Kumamori,Hashino,and Yunoki recorded the dust storm on the western edge of Argyre observed by Gary Walker
on the 27th. This part is whitish when seen in the blue image,and it seems that water or carbon dioxide cloud is mixed.
Raimondo Sedrani has recorded a dust stream south of Hellas. It is part of the dust that surrounds the polar cap. Today,the continuity
of dust cannot be grasped because the entire surface of Mars is not covered. The dust on the western edge of Argyre (30W,-50) found
on August 27 was also unrecorded. Mare Sirenum (140W~170W,-30) The dust band in the south was quite diffused and hard to see.
The remnants can be seen in the image of Mr. Nishioka.
In the blue image of Mr. Kuroda,there are two clouds in Arsia Silva Mons (W120,-3),but it seems that the top of the mountain appears
above the clouds. In any case,Arsia Mons is the only mountain that has received white clouds.
Mr. Kumamori tried to reproduce the three-dimensional structure from the image near the terminator using shadows. It is difficult to
understand because the valley is not north-south,but it is interesting to note that the west slope inside the valley was brightly illuminated
by the sun.
A bright streak can be seen at the western end of Mare Sirenum (140W~170W,-30). It can be seen in the image of everyone who took
this part. This is not a dust storm,but a recording of the surface conditions,not a special one.

attached Mars pictures dated 2020 August 28 from our 2020 trip to Canary Islands/La Palma/Roque de los Muchachos/Mirador de los Andenes at 2276m sea level.
Done with homemade 350mmf4.6 Newton, 3x Barlow, RGB filter set and ASI290MM webcam. Conditiones close to the IAC observatories are somtimes very good for planetary imaging.
