Here is a mars report of last 20th performed under average images under a relative transparent sky and using a 100mm refractor.
Dusty-misty atmosphere was there making the planet color watched with the naked eye typically yellow.
- Margaritifer sinus was occulted by a misty veil at the limb,
- north pole area under a whitish hood,
- Hellas covered at the terminator by a dusty veil actually bright on the yellow color channel.
The overall planet looked dimer in the blue color channel except sinus sabaeusn sinus meridiani
and mare serpentis well seen contrasty: probably a "hole" in the martian atmosphere.
Nothing more reported about the atmosphere activity.

A 40 minute gap in the clouds, accompanied by good seeing provided me with a great opportunity to sketch Mars on Sunday morning.
Solis Lacus was well seen again, although I found Phasis faint and hard to see with any certainty.
Phaethontis on the West limb was bright.
Aurorae Sinus was nicely detailed, and I noted the pale region of Pyrrhae Reggio north of Mare Erythraeum.
Tharsis seemed brighter than the Solis Lacus region to its South.
Ganges was prominent, running North as far as Lunae Lacus and Nilokeras.
Ophir and Candor were very bright at mid disc.
The SPC appeared scrappy towards the East, and showed the same prominent protrusion I saw last week around 100°.
The NPH was again bright blueish-white.
The morning limb brightening was notably brighter and thicker around the equator, possibly extending a little towards Tharsis.

Good seeing here at times on the 20th ・21st,the attached is 7.5 minutes worth of data,
each file the best 4,000 of 20,000 frames,resized 150%.

What I'm presenting today is probably my best shot of the red planet.
That in this image is more yellowish, but so I saw the eyepiece and I tried to reproduce the shades as faithfully as possible.
In the first image there is an R (g) B obtained with the usual synthetic green method and what is the highlight of the shot,
an R channel as I had never taken it at least this year. Thanks to a good but not exceptional seeing,
then worsened during the night,in fact the best shots are at 01:45 local time.
In the second image instead there is a comparison between the classic RGB and the previous image

Without wind, slow Jetsream and very good seeing.

In good seeing,a bit delayed as I wanted to wait and test the new Phobos/Deimos code coming in the next version of Winjupos
that gives a more accurate prediction and makes it more reliable to use these moons to set the measurement template.
Hopefully this will be released publicly in the near future.
I used 7 x RGBB recordings over about 70 minutes to make this image.
