Seeing conditions were not ideal this morning,
so I concentrated on R/IR captures and spent some good time trying to optimise the results.
The storm shows as an extended streak in the IR,but appears to show as discrete spots in the R.
Other than the storm,I was struck by an unusual effect in the equatorial region, best seen in the R image.
On the following (left) side, the EZn is bright and sharp, and the NEBs is dark and sharp.
However,on the preceding side, both the NEBs and EZn appear to be more diffuse.
I suspect an irregularity in the NEBs almost on the CM that may be associated with this?
It could also be an incident angle effect, but comments are welcome.
I would be a lot more wary of these details if the R was a single capture,
but the R result is a derotated composite of 7x1min captures over a 9 min period, and despite the seeing,
the data was not bad.

There are a lot of interesting features resolved this image. Note the small white spot on the NEBn on the left.
Note also the small dark spot on the IR image at the NTB just after the CM. This corresponds to the feature on the RGB image at the CM.
A dark spot surrounded by some white cloud streak. There are also two dark spots (IR image) on the NNTeZ.
