久しぶりに晴れました。ADCが上手く調整できず、画像処理で色ずれを補正しましたが、今一つです。
輪も、右上と左下が、甘くなりました。

Imaged Saturn August 1st in good seeing, have excellent depth of resolved detail. The North polar vortex and vertices of the hexagon are exceedingly well resolved in 685nm IR data.
Considerable detail is seen within the concentric banding structure inside the North polar collar.
I note a large diffuse bright spot in contact with one of the hexagons flats rotating toward the P limb seen in 685nm IR and R data at approx Lat+77 L3 31.4.
A compact dark spot is resolved in all data at approx Lat+60.2 L3 48 a bright spot precedes this dark spot best seen in R & RGB data at approx Lat+63.3 L3 32.4.
The long lived high amplitude ripple in the EZ impinging up into the NEB is very well resolved in all data at approx Lat+14.9 L1 209.2.
The 685nm IR data also resolves a prominent bright spot in the EZ trailing the high amplitude ripple at approx Lat+10.3 L1 217.1.
I have not marked all of the detail resolved within the North polar collar in my animations, the movement makes it self evident and I think a plethora of marks would detract from the view.

Seeing was good but transparency terrible due to Saharan dust.

Seeing not terribly cooperative!
