The most interesting thing for me was the globe being visible through the A ring, and I think I know why.
First, this year is the best opportunity of recent years to see this effect - with A most well tilted,
yet it is covering a piece of the globe - was too open last year, and will be closer to edge on each year from now.
Second, I think at this time of year the rings' shadow is towards the inside of the rings, snd so the piece of globe hidden from Earth by the A ring is currently illuminated by the Sun.
Earlier in the year, the shadow was on the hidden piece of globe. So it's only at this time of year that the globe would be bright behind the A ring.
So a nice, fairly unusual combo of circumstances. I'd expect we should also see something like this next year too if the rings are open enough.
One other thought was that I think the polar hexagon has faded quite a lot this season.
