After a string of evenings where I checked conditions and aborted,
last night gave me a little bit of hope and I tried a full set.
There was still significant jet stream, and I had to be selective with the data.
There is an extension on the preceding edge of the GRS and it looks like a reasonably sized SEBs ring may be about to enter the GRS hollow.
I also noted the small bright spot immediately below the GRS in IR and RGB.

Poor seeing in a 145kt jetstream means I’m happy with this set, given the circumstances!
Results probably as expected, with methane giving the best cut through the high-altitude fuzz.
A couple of fairly normal small outbreaks f. the GRS,and NEB features show up well in CH4,
including a couple of barges and small bright spots over each of the NEB white ovals.
The CH4 EZ bright band is very narrow.

I'm still waiting for a really good night with good seeing with the presence of the GRS,
while it does not happen, the IR742 brings some delight with great details.
