動きの遅い雲が木星をなかなか見せてくれませんでしたが、
晴れ間に入ると、気流状態は良好でした。
大赤斑のすぐ前方に白斑があるようです。

頻繁に雲の足早な通過がありシーイングは今一つでした。
GRSが正面を向く時間には曇られてしまいました

昔使っていたＲ58フィルターで撮ってみました。それなりにＲ画像になった感じです。
カラーの３枚目は、薄雲が出ていました。
久しぶりに、北極の渦が写った感じです

In a few hours,Jupiter will be in opposition!
I did not expect it image today because it was cloudy all day and we had heavy rain in the afternoon.
Surprisingly the sky cleared up in the evening!  Seeing was excellent although it was very humid and a little hazy.

The GRS is the star of the show.  Features inside the GRS can be seen.
Note the buldge of the west side of the GRS.  Will this turn into a flake?
Note the distorted white oval that has entered the halo.  The wake of the GRS looks very chaotic.
The remnant of the STB outbreak has become very dark.

久しぶりの晴れ間でしたがシーイングはダメでした。３枚目ＲＧＢは薄雲を通しての撮影で、短時間で曇ってしまいました

A peculiar image of Jupiter very close to Europa,Io & Ganymede just before an Europa transit and the occultation of Io & Ganymede.
Also,a mutual event is visible in the image: Io eclipsing the southern hemisphere of Ganymede.

An Europa transit less than 24 before opposition,with Europa really "close" to its shadow.


Multiple events occurring close to Jupiter:
A transit of Europa 20 hours before opposition and a partial eclipse of Io over Ganymede,followed by the occultation of both by Jupiter.

今日は大赤斑周辺を見ることができました。
STB outbreakの跡が暗斑になっています。シーイングが良い時にはかなりシャープな暗斑に見えました。
大赤斑後方のSEBに妙に長い暗柱があり、目を引かれました

高度が上がってからの方が気流は悪化してしまいました

シーイング良くありません。
木星を隠す雲がほとんど動かず RSをとらえる時間がなかなか来ませんでした。
RSの左上STB outbreakの痕はかなり青黒く見えます。
NNTBは凸凹していますが連続してきました

撮影開始の13時台が一番シーイングが安定していたが、高度が上がるにつれて大気は不安定になってきた。
前半は203�oF7.5、後半は318�oF5.5（いずれもニュートン反射）使用

Oval BA is setting at lower right. The small outbreak in the NEBs is persisting.
With Jupiter so well placed,and approaching opposition,it was a pity that seeing conditions were not better

雲の隙間からの撮影で、シーイングも良くありませんでした。
でも、衝、直近で大赤斑が居るので努力し、強調してみました

8日ぶりに木星が見えた。シーイングは中程度しかなく、細部が分からない。
特にBargeがくっきり見えない。シーングもよくないが、Bargeそのものの濃さが
低くなっていると思われる。NTBも、やや淡くなる傾向に見える。
GRSの左肩にある暗斑は、斜めに見えるが、シーイングが悪く、正確な形は
はっきりしなかった。ただ、色はグレーで、明部はなくなっていた。

Imaged Jupiter August 19th in marginal seeing,
the 685nm IR handled conditions the best resolving some measurable detail,the R channel data was fair while G and B data was abysmal.
Some v-small bright ovals are resolved within the NPR while a thin linear dark band is resolved across the NNTEB.
A series of v-small compact dark spots are aligned across the NTeZ,
three red barges are resolved in the NEB which is dominated by a thin red band from limb to limb.
The EZ is covered by a orange haze and some of the quite intricate structure in the SEB along its border with the EZ is resolved.
The GRS  chimney is closed and there remains significant activity in the region immediately following the GRS.
I believe DS6 and DS7 (Clydes Spot) are preceding the GRS in the STrZ.
