昨夜と同様に夕方から雲が広がり、昨夜に続き駄目かと諦めていたけど、
21時頃に短時間だけ南東の空に晴れ間が出て、１セットだけ撮影できました。
風が有りシーイングも透明度も今一つでしたが、衝の時期に記録できました

GRS in transit late on opposition day.
The best of what I could glean from the far from ideal conditions,which had a particularly negative impact on the shorter wavelengths.
The best data was the earlier IR which appears to show an SEBs ring at about 12 o'clock in the GRS hollow,
and the substantial ring about to enter the hollow (with another following).
I think this was the first time I have had a half-reasonable look at the new STB outbreak which was alerted by Chris Go on 7 August.
The UV was very poor,but I have included for the record anyway.

This is Jupiter one day after opposition in better than average seeing (for my observing place).
No CH4 image this time,the raw frames were really bad and I decided not to finish the processing.

Despite poor weather at home,Rico Enzmann and myself managed to obtain this view of Jupiter very close to exact opposition.
Io is in transit perfectly in line with its own shadow beneath.

大赤斑後方の模様。永続白斑「BA]の直前には縁取りのない白斑（右）が見えます。
北極地方の高緯度には縦状のまだら模様があり、IRでは明瞭に分かります

Under average conditions,Jupiter and Io,GRS is rising,some white perturbations following it (and bright in methane absorption band),
and North East,preceding it,some red material starting SEBn before it becomes more brown.

Some details around the GRS.They're better seen on the IR742 images and on the colored de-rotated one.
Also note the dark spots on the IR742 images on the STB area to the south/southeast of the GRS.
