空一面に淡い雲が広がり、観測には厳しい条件だった

The sky was mostly cloudy this evening. I went out to attend a Christmas party with friends.
But have to leave early to capture these images. Seeing was excellent! These images were captured using the QHY5III585C camera.
The GRS is prominent in these images. It is well resolved with details visible inside the GRS.
The chimney above the GRS is open. The part of the SEB preceding the GRS has a very dark red color.
Oval BA's light orange core is very prominent. Oval BA is not very bright in methane band.
In the 850nm IR pass image below,one can see a dark band on the south pole of Jupiter.

無風ですが湿度が高く結露します。シーイングは比較的良好。

夕方から曇るとの予報でしたが、日没直後に1枚だけ取れました。
昨日とまったく同じ経度ですが、シーイングは極悪で、WSZもSEBのバージも見えませんでした。

Jupiter was imaged under the worst condition on December 14,2023 at 3:10 UT.
But somehow,I did manage to get a decent shot of the GRS and Io's shadow on the disk. The GRS' longitude is 48 degrees SYS II.
