雲が多くRGBを1回撮るのが精一杯て、シーイングも悪く、どうにもなりませんでした。

We had a long clear night last night and I was able to get four drawings of Mars. The skies were rather hazy with bright moonlight being scattered,so I decided to focus on the Moon and Mars. Seeing was very good, and at times I was able to use a high power of x628 to examine Mars. A number of points became evident:
・Disk Drawing 1: The western end of Mare Sirenum and the Mare Cimmerium can be seen. To the south, there was brightening in Eridania and Hesperia suggesting the presence of clouds, and the Mare Chronium could also be made out in the far south. Trivium Charontis was seen and Elysium was not particularly bright. The darker spots just east of Elysium were probably markings in Propontis I.
・Disk Drawing 2: Syrtis Major and Hellas now on the disk. Ausonia seems to be bright and there are some faint streaks in Hellas. The Mare Tyrrhenum is rather park in places, particularly close to Syrtis Major. The Mare Hadriacum boarding Hellas is also quite dark in places and it seems that Libya is quite bright. To the far north,Cassius and Umbra can be seen along with the northern polar hood.
・Disk Drawing 3: Syrtis Major on the central meridian. The Mare Tyrrhenum is darker than Posidium Prom. Sinus Sabaeus can be seen to the west and I believe the shadings north of Aeria and Arabia are Protonilus. Again it would seem that some faint markings can be seen in the NPH.
・Disk Drawing 4: Clouds now starting to drift in and seeing has decreased slightly but I am still able to use a power of x300. Syrtis is now close to the evening limb and there is a brightness still in Hellas. Interestingly now Pandorae Fretum seems to be darker and better defied. Hellespontus is quite dark while Noachis seems to be a lighter region tonight. Sinus Sabaeus a dark streak but there still seems to be a veiling at the eastern end of Deucalionis Regio.
By 0130UT the cloud cover was becoming quite thick and by 0150UT it was total putting an end to any further observations for the night.

I attached my first image of Mars from 2023 with quite good seeing but with low contrast fine details.
In evidence the Syrtis Major, the Hadriacum,Tyrrhenum and Cimmerium seas. A small cloud still hangs over Hellas.
Setups:
Celestron SC 11" 280mm. Two ASI 485 MC,Barlow 2X Televue,6 derotated shots of 3 minutes each
Seeing: 6-7/10,Transparency: 7/10

Seeing became significantly better near end of session. NPH appears incomplete with bright NPC exposed.

Here is the mars report performed with the 80mm refractor at the beginning then the CC203mm under average images.
I was following a yellow veil visible from the limb,Hellespontus, spreading towards to Hellas basin, zeo lacus.
This veil was present but confidential using the blue filter W38A,very bright as whitish using the yellow W8 filter, present but less bright using the red filter W23A.
A second veil less bright was also observed on Yaonis and of less extension having the same reflective characteristics than the bigger.
An observation with 406x magnification did not exhibit any protrusion at the limb of the planet.
Observations conducted with the CC203mm from 22H00 until 23H10UT,images get worst after, due to bad seeing.
The evaluation further therefore of Noachis (just on rising from the limb) was not possible.
This merits a follow-up in order to see any progression of this veil.
The mars report will follow soon, drawings and comments.
Nothing as this was noted on the 26 and 29th last december.
Also the contrast level on the blue channel became lower than previous observation dates,as well the background color of the mars disk is changing to orange yellow tint.
Something is occuring on Hellas basin from Hellespontus.

In visual observation,Mars appeared with more contrast and with a more orange hue compared to the pale, light greyish-pink-orange impression (difficult to desribe) of the recent days.
Apparent diameter decreases rapidly, but the bigger one of the Sinus Gomer extensions can still be distinguished.

These images of Mars range from poor seeing to slightly better than average seeing.
Syrtis Major,Hellas, and Sinus Meridian are featured.
