Another session extending over UT midnight. Despite capturing a lot of data,fast,high altitude cloud moving through resulted in continuously changing transparency and seeing,making much of the data unusable.
These two R’s were the best,and appear to show a lighter section of the SEB(N) rotating.

10日ぶりに晴れ間したが残念ながら木星が高くなる前に曇りました。土星のみの報告です。

ちょうどテティスが土星面を経過中で、テティスとその影が仲良くくっついて見えていました。
その北、リングに隠れるギリギリのあたりに小さな白斑が一つ。自転も確認できます
本体東側のB環には、細長いうっすらとした影があり、時間とともに移動しているように見えましたが、スポークでしょうか？
ついでにヤヌスも最大離角になっていたので撮ってみました。

45㎝の調整の改善が終わり現場復帰しました。まだリング隙間の写りが変なのは気流と思います。

The conditions have not been favorable,with mediocre seeing and the low altitude of the planet,captured before the appearance of low clouds that have reduced the transparency of the sky until its total coverage.

Please find attached an observation of Saturn I made in good conditions on 20th August. A number of points of interest:
Globe:
-Southern hemisphere contains a greenish hue,the STB and SEB are bluish in colour.
-There is now no sign of the ShRG as we are not far from opposition
-EZ bright with a faint grey EB sent.
-NEB broad and the darkest feature on the disk,the NEB(s) was the best defined component.
-The NTB and NNTB seen- NTZ contained a greenish hue
Rings:
-A-Ring a brownish colour,interestingly the centre of A-Ring appeared to be rather bright- the effect was sen on both sides of the ansae.
-Cassini Division observed.
-B-Ring bright and largely white in colour.
-C-Ring dark grey in colour
At 2312UT intensity estimates were made in IL.
