Conditions were very good last night. I used the QHY5III585C OSC. This camera is so low noise that you don't really need a lot of data to get a noise free image.
A lot of details are resolved in Saturn. The SEB disturbance can be seen just before the CM. On the IR850 and also in the color image,a white spot can be seen on the SEB. Is this spot causing the disruption on the SEB? Tethys and it's shadow can be seen on the lower right. The dark spot below the NTB can also be seen. There seems to be a small white spot above it. The two moons above the rings are Dione (above) and Enceladus (below).

Nice images Chris. To follow up,the disturbance in the SEB is centred at -25 degrees south and consists of a white region in color images within the dark SEB,that extends 25 deg in longitude. The motion of this disturbance is very uniform in about -7.2 deg per day in System III. To the north at latitude -18 and south at latitude -30 deg, relatively bright spots have been reported,in particular at -18 deg at the edge of the ring projection. It is worth noting that in 2022,a disturbed region was also observed at latitude -30 deg. The relation between these spots and the SEB active area is not evident due to their differential motion. Attached is the wind profile of Saturn with these features indicated.

Image set from last night, with Mimas shadow in transit.

This image of Saturn was taken in good seeing and only average seeing.

Here's a large set of images from great seeing on the 6th. In IR,the remnant of the Great White Storm, oval AV is cleanly resolved as a dark spot at L3 = 95°,lat +42° (h/t to Trevor Barry informing me about AV). A high-latitude bright oval is at 110°/+65°,and there are a couple of bright knots on the pale band at lat -59°. The SEB appears complex with many knots in the divided band. The disturbance seen in images by Trevor,Chris and others (and in my 24th Aug images) clearly visible above Tethys transiting in the second IR. The area has a bright spot near 173°/-33° and the curved streak around 156-173°/-24°. The red filter images show lots of details, with the SEB in particular active in both red images - the first showing a complex of darker streaks across the paler central part of the SEB,and the second showing some detail around the long bright SEB streak.
Colour images mask some of this detail, but there is a red oval in the far southern hemisphere in the first image, plus a light & dark spot at north temperate latitudes.
Three spokes show up very clearly in the second red,RGB and IR images, and are clear in an animation at:

No spokes were visible in the early IR & R images despite even better seeing. I've now seen spokes on three nights - 24th & 29th August, and 6th September.
I managed my first UV image of Saturn as the seeing was good. Few features visible as expected, beyond the northern EZ being darker, and the equator a paler line... but I wonder if oval AV is actually contributing to a darker patch at its location (upper right of the UV image, above the darker EZn band. AV is quite distinct in past HST UV images as a more substantial darker patch,so perhaps it's not impossible - but given my resolution it's more likely a coincidence?
The methane was disappointing - a Firecapture glitch meant I didn't capture most of the run,so there's only 8mins. I don't think the bright spot at 113°/+13° is real as nothing rotates with the planet in sequences.
