久しぶりの好シーイングでした。mid-SEB-outbreakの前端がL1画像の中央左側から始まりL2画像の右端まで伸びています。

久しぶりに良い気流でした。
SEB内部は淡化して、スポット状の白斑も2つ見えます。
SEBとNEBからのフェストーンが合体してEBになっている感じです。NTBの北は白斑が乱れている感じで複雑です。
BAは縁があるものの、目立ちません。

久々の晴れでしたが1枚だけで終わってしまいました。
NTBが安定な縞になってきました。

比較的気流は安定したが，シーイングは今一つであった。
筒内気流対策が要検討かもしれない。

mid-SEB outbreakの活動域です。もうここまで進んできました。
内部にはまだ細かい白斑や暗柱があって、まだ活動は続いているようです。
ふと気がつくと、金星がいなくなっています。もうすぐ内合なのですね。

火星の合間に木星をねらったが、望遠鏡の位置が変わったため、ベルトが縦向きになってしまった。
さすがに落ち着いた観測ができない。本当はもう少しよく見えていたが、慣れない向きでは効率は上がらなかった

We had some very good seeing conditions on 20th March and I made two drawings of Jupiter.
Io and Europa can be seen on the preceding side of the disk,at 2052UT Eropa passed behind the disk of Jupiter.
Drawing 1: 2005UT,x230.
- S3TB seen along with SSTB.
- STB very prominent at these longitudes and brown in colour
- SEB very broad,the SEB(s) is fairly well defined while the SEB(n) is quite dark in places.
SEBz bright with a number of bright spots in places.
- EZ contains a number of festoons although they were not overly striking.
- NEB very active with a number of rifts and darker spots.
- NTB(s) visible- brown in colour and there seemed to be a faint bluish NTB(n) component.

- Again S3TB and SSTB observed
- STB seems to end some distance after the CM on the following side of the disk.
- SEB very active here- there continues to be brighter regions and faint filaments connecting the SEB(s)
and SEB(n) through ab brighter SEBz.
- EZ seems to be a little more active than before.
- NEB again broad and very active. A long rift was observed covering around 1/3 of the length of the belt.
- NTB(s) visible and brown in colour. NTB(n) easier to see on the following side of the disk.
By 2053UT the seeing started to fall off quite rapidly so I concluded my Jupiter observations.
