I am finding better conditions in the evening than in the morning, and had a nice session on Mars last night. The Eden/Oxia region was remarkably bright on screen, and I suspected possible dust activity, but I see on Tomia Akutsu’s latest images that things look normal in that region. The bright limb unfortunately exacerbates the edge artefact. Interesting extended diffuse feature at upper left, which I interpret as cloud, but it is interesting that it is quite obvious in the R and R610 images.[Clyde Foster : Khomas,Namibia]
