Fair to good seeing conditions early this morning for this capture, resulting in my best Saturn image for this apparition thus far.
Did not notice any discernible cloud features to report.

In reasonable conditions on 28th August. There were a number of interesting points observed on the globe and disk:
The Globe:
SPR: This was really quite dark with a bluish colour detected. There also seemed to be a dark polar band around the region. Interestingly the value of B is now lower but yet the blue colouration was more prominent tonight than in the previous observation which had a higher value of B.
S3TB - STB: Two quite faint belts a light blow in colour. The zones between them seem to have a greenish colour.
STB: Easier to see that the belts further south but not as prominent as the SEB.
SEB: The darkest belt in the southern hemisphere. The SEB(N) could be seen- I had the impression of condensations in this part of the belt.
EZ: A bright yellowish region with a hint of an EB.
NEB: A prominent dark band. As in previous observations there were two componets with the NEB(s) being the darkest and most prominent of the two components.
NTB: This belt was seen but there seems to be another fainter one nearby just to the north- is this a separate belt entirely or part of the NTB?
NNTB: A dark bluish band.
NPR: A vague greyish region.
The Rings:
A-Ring: The outer part of the A-Ring did appear darker. The ineer part is lighter.
Cassini Division: Now quite difficult. It is not black but grey in colour ands only seen at the ansae edges.
B-Ring: A bright yellowish ring.
C-Ring: A vague yellowish glow at the ansae edges.
Also shown are three satellites. On the preceding side the brightest is Dione, and the one under the rings is Tethys. On the following side we have Titan which looked a distinctly muddy orange colour.
AT 0027UT seeing broke down so Saturn observations were concluded.
