I imaged Venus this morning just to record the phase and highlight some anomaly in the cusp extension,which I did not find (I observed also in WL). The planet is really huge and bright.

Here is a venus report using the 80mm refractor under good images and a transparent sky.
AL was noted frankly at a limit of perception, nothing with the W58 green filter.
It is considered now the development of AL at its end (elongation 28,5°W, phase 0,124x).
If something will appear on some specific event, this would be due to some other cause.
Our earth is exiting the light cone of venus (the Keller cone).
